  • Autumn Weekend Workshop

    Every season is honoured at Yoga Breath Ebb with a weekend workshop. The Autumn Workshop takes place Friday, 2 May – Sunday, 4 May, and bookings are now open.

  • One Day Workshop

    This one day workshop consists of two three hour classes. The early morning class is from 8am to 11am and consists of Prana Flow (breath work), inversions and qigong inspired Hatha Flow. the afternoon class is from 3pm to 6pm and is the same in reverse, qigong inspired Hatha Flow, inversions and Prana Flow (breath work).

  • Four Day Breathing Challenge

    This challenge is to assist you to begin your own habit of a morning breathing practice. A regular breathing practice is highly effective in supporting mental health by improving your mood, clearing your thoughts, reducing anxiety and stress, promoting relaxation and improving sleep. A breathing practice should be accessible for everyone to experience the benefits.
