Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow classes are a unique blend of yoga postures with a qigong influence. Both yoga and qigong benefit the organs and systems of the body whilst strengthening and mobilising the joints. This class asks students to be conscious of the transitions between postures and the synchronicity and role of the breath with movement.
There is a maximum of 6 students per class. These classes are consciously small for as much individual attention as possible. This allows for greater progress and understanding of the practise.

Prana Flow
Prana Flow includes a variety of accessible breathing exercises that utilises techniques and tools to strengthen and stretch the respiratory and muscles .
A regular breathing practise is highly effective for supporting mental and physical health. Specific breathing exercises balance the nervous system, slow the heart rate and slow the pace of the mind. this helps to reduce anxiety and stress. Controlled breathing also nourishes and massages the internal organs and enhances blood circulation and the immune system . Breathing exercises contribute to functional and healthy posture by tractioning and lengthening the spine.
This class transforms your internal state and will leave you with a feeling of inner calm and vitality.
